She known in the English adaptation as Mirabelle Haywood, is an outgoing tomboy who has split-curled hair. She is a transfer student from Osaka and speaks in Kansai-ben, a Japanese dialect originating in Osaka (In the English production, she is given a Brooklyn accent). Her parents are divorced, so she lives with her father, a taxi driver, while her mother, a nurse, works in Osaka. She loves both her parents very much and wishes for them to get back together, even going so far as to attempt forbidden magic to do so.
She is also one of the most athletic students in the school, but also has a short temper. In the end, she left with her parents back to Osaka and is living happily with them and her grandpa. Her fairy's name is Mimi. Her spell is 'Pameruku Raruku Laliloli Poppun', and her Magical Stage spell is 'Pameruku Raruku Takarakani'. In the original Japanese version, she is voiced by Yuki Matsuoka. In the English adaption, she is voiced by Annice Moriarty.

She also known as Poppu Harukaze, is Doremi's younger sister. She is much more responsible than her sister, despite her age. She is very popular at school, for she has five "boyfriends".
Pop becomes a witch apprentice after witnessing Doremi, Hazuki, and Aiko's Magical Stage in the middle of the first season. Pop's fairy's name is Fafa, named after the 4th note in the musical scale. Her spell is Pipito Puritto Puritan Peperuto. Pop's first poron was a Peperuto Poron, like Doremi, which was later upgraded early in Ojamajo Doremi #, allowing her to skip from level 10 witch apprenticeship to level 6 because she saved the Witch World from a flood of milk created by Hana. Her Magical Stage spell is Pipito Puritto Pokarakani.

She lives with her mother (Segawa Miho or Sakurai Clara in media field), who used to be a singer herself before an accident occurred, and now she becomes her daughter's manager. Her father (Segawa Tsuyoshi) is often away from home as a train-driver. In the end, she moves away to study in a school that can make her pursue her dream of becoming a real star, and starts to become more popular with the release of her novel. Her fairy's name is Roro. Her spell is 'Pururun Purun Fami Fami Faa', and her Magical Stage spell is 'Pururun Purun Suzuyakani'. In the original Japanese version, she is voiced by Rumi Shishido. In the English adaption she is voiced by Jessica Calvello. Onpu's birthday is on March 3rd 1991, the youngest of the older five Ojamajos. Her instrument is the Flute.

At the age of 5, Momoko moved to New York City, where she met an old lady named Monroe and taught her to speak English fluently. Momoko spent many years with Monroe as she began to make new friends in the United States. One day, Momoko opens a door in the back of Monroe's bakery, and sees her flying on a broomstick, discovering that she is a witch. Majo Monroe takes Momoko as her own apprentice. One year later, Momoko becomes a witch herself. Shortly, Majo Monroe tells Momoko that she will die and to take her prized earing. Momoko, in tears, attempts to preform forbidden magic to bring her beloved Majo Monroe back to life, but fails and looses her magic powers.
The Queen of the Witch World decides to give Momoko a second chance when she moves back to Japan, and allows her to become an witch apprentice again along with Doremi and her friends. Momoko over the years has lost her ability to speak her native language, so Doremi and the others decided that they would help her relearn Japanese. Momoko is the only Ojamajo that is bilignual.
Momoko's fairy is Nini. Her spell is Peruton Peton Palalila Pon. Her Magical Stage spell is Peruton Peton Sawayakani. She is voiced by Nami Miyahara. Her crystal is a 3-leaf clover. She is the oldest out of the Ojamajos.

She was a baby born from the Witch Queen Rose, a large blue flower in the Witch Queen Garden that produces a new baby every 100 years as successor to the throne. Hana is given to Doremi to be cared for after she stumbles across her. In Ojamajo Doremi Dokka~n!, she transforms herself into an 11-year-old so she could attend school with her "mothers" and takes on the name of Hana Makihatayama. Of all her "mothers", Doremi's personality is more apparent in her. Hana returns to the Witch World with Majo Rika and the fairies in the end. Her fairy is Toto, who is as excitable as Hana. Hana's theme color is white and her crystal is a white sphere. While she doesn't need a spell to cast magic, she made up one for herself "Poruri Pirari Hana Hana Pi"
